TulBench provides a suite of free web-based utility tools for developers and digital professionals, including but not limited to:

IP address lookup and tracing
File format converters (Base64, images, etc.)
Password and UUID generators
QR code generator
Color picker and design tools
Text manipulation utilities
Other developer productivity tools

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use TulBench only for lawful purposes. You will NOT:

Use our tools to violate any laws or regulations
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems
Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to abuse our services
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Violate intellectual property rights
Harass, stalk, or harm other users
Use our service for spam or unsolicited communications
Attempt to reverse engineer our tools
Use our IP tracing tool for illegal surveillance or stalking

3.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any data, text, or files you input into our tools. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to process such content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of TulBench, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of TulBench and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to any content you input into our tools. We do not claim ownership of your data. However, by using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the requested tool functionality.

4.3 Output Rights

The output generated by our tools (e.g., generated passwords, QR codes, converted files) belongs to you. You may use this output freely for any lawful purpose.

5. Data Processing & Privacy

Important: We do not permanently store your data.

Data processed by our tools is handled in real-time and immediately discarded
We do not create backups of user-submitted content
Many tools process data entirely in your browser (client-side)
For tools requiring server-side processing, data is deleted immediately after processing

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

6.1 "As-Is" Service

TulBench is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
Fitness for a particular purpose
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Security of data transmission

6.2 No Professional Advice

TulBench is a tool provider only. We do not provide:

Legal advice (regarding IP tracking, data usage, etc.)
Security advice (regarding password strength, etc.)
Professional consulting services

Do not rely on our tools for critical security, legal, or professional decisions without consulting qualified professionals.

7. Limitation of Liability

TulBench shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (whichever is greater)
We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits
We are not responsible for misuse of tools or output generated by our services

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TulBench, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Content you submit or process through our tools

9. Premium Features & Payments

If you subscribe to premium features (Pro or Business plans):

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
Refunds: Refunds are provided within 30 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied
Cancellation: You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period
Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause
Remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms
Refuse service to anyone for any reason

Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
Any outstanding fees remain due
Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will continue to apply

15. Specific Tool Terms

15.1 IP Tracing Tool

The IP tracing tool is provided for legitimate network administration and security purposes only. Using it for stalking, harassment, or illegal surveillance is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

15.2 Password Generator

Generated passwords are for your use only. We do not store or transmit passwords. You are responsible for securely storing passwords generated by our tool.

15.3 QR Code Generator

QR codes generated through our service may be used freely for commercial or personal purposes. We do not track or store QR code content.

15.4 File Converters

Ensure you have the right to convert any files uploaded to our converters. We are not responsible for copyright violations arising from converted content.
